Ghost Stories

Ida Belson is trying to live out her final years in peace; she and her beloved cats have called a duplex home for thirty-three years. The landlord, Dean Vance, and his girlfriend, Melissa, are a rowdy, young couple who want Ida and her cats out. If they sell the property, they can use the money to open a club in the city. However, the only thing that prevents them from doing so is the ironclad lease Ida signed with Vance's father assuring her security as a tenant for life.
