Dr. Thomas Morgan, Jr., is being laid to rest. A doctor with the Red Cross serving in a war-ravaged Central African Republic, he was only 28 years old when he died. After the truck bomb destroyed his hospital, what little was left of his body was shipped back to Virginia for burial.
