The science of weather forecasting is intricate and reasonably precise given the weather's ever-changing characteristics. But occasionally, weather dynamics create storms that catch forecasters and everyone else off guard; storms that are so unusual in their location, characteristics or terrifying power, they can only be called Rogues!
