The upper body often gets neglected by women due to a fear of bulking up. Ladies, it's time to let go of that fear and start lifting! Arm exercises that utilize dumbbells will build beautifully sculpted arms and shoulders that will make you look and feel amazing. You can rock all your favorite sleeveless apparel in confidence, in addition to feeling stronger and more capable. Try to go heavier on the weights for this one, if possible, but remember to listen to your body and go at your own pace. Weights and reps can always be increased for more of a challenge when you're ready.
