Terrestrial Defense Force presumed that incidents of human dissapearing is done by alien, and sent out the elite team "Ultra Guard" for investigation. However, a mysterious wanderer appeared in front of Furuhashi and Soga, the members of the Ultra Guard. The man named himself Dan Moroboshi, warned them about the danger and told them how to solve the incident. Who actually is this man?

Ultra Guard member Ishiguro is back from Space Station V3. Dan sent him home and found Tilsonite 808, something that does not exist in Earth, in Ishiguro's yard. That night, incidents of people being attacked happened one after another. What is the relationship between the incidents and Tilsonite 808? At the same time, Ishiguro's wife notice something wierd about her husband.

Dan and Furuhashi headed towards Kisodani for investigation of a mysterious object that felt down. The obeject was found out to be a spaceship, and a girl from the spaceship stole Dan's Ultra Eye. Monster Eleking appeared in the lake nearby, and Dan summond Capsule Monster Miclas to fight against it, but Miclas was no match for Eleking!

Nuclear Ship Max, the most advanced scientific research ship of TDF, went on investigation of the serial ship disappearing incidents. However, NS Max disappeared as well! The vanished ships were sent into space by Alien Godola, as a part of its Earth invasion plan. When Dan figured out Alien Godola's disguise, he was locked into a capsule...

World famous scientist Professor Yushima came to Japan, on a trip to attach the Yushima Diode to the TDF Far East Base. However, Professor Yushima has already been brainwashed by Alien Vira! Dan noticed the fact earlier than anyone else, but nobody believed in him. Instead, Dan was retrained. Who will help Earth out of the danger?

A black shadow appeared in Anne's private room. The shadow told Anne that he was an alien, but had no intention to harm humans. At the same time, a message was sent from Outer Space City Pegassa, saying that they had a system trouble and claimed Earth to change its orbit. If it was not done, Peggasa City would clash with Earth!

A mysterious monster appeared and attacked citizens one by one. The criminal was identified to be the atrocious criminal 303 from Planet Quraso, who broked the prison of his home planet and escaped to Earth. To protect the citizens, Ultra Guard enforced their system of surveillance. However, Alien Quraso stroke back with a clever scheme!

In Kitagawa-cho, reports of violent cases increased rapidly without reasons. At the same time, an airplane crushed and the pilot is also from Kitagawa-cho. What is happening in the town? Ultra Guard starts investigating, until the members sent to investigation also became voilent. The most likely reason might be the cigarettes...

One night, Furuhashi is attacked by a mysterious woman during patrolling. Seemingly her real target is Dan Moroboshi. But why would she do that? During an investigation, Dan meets an old man who sells toys. Is this old man related to the woman? Dan figures the true identity of them both...

Akira, a boy who is close to the Ultra Guard member Anne, found his neighbor acting suspicious. After receiving the report, Anne went to Akira's house with Dan, where she witnesses Dan disappearing in front of her! Where is Dan? The answer is the forth dimensional space. Dan has to find a way out!

Fatalities of young people has been increasing mysteriously in Mt. Iwami. Ultra Guard went for investigation, where Dan lost his life just like the youth did. As an action to take revenge of Dan, the members went into a cave and discovers a "Camera of Life"...

In chase of Alien Ayros' spaceship, Station Hawl came back to Earth. The pilot is Kurata, who started working at the same year with Captain Kiriyama, and now serves as the captain of Space Station V3. The dastardly Alien Ayros kidnapped Furuhashi and Amagi, and demanded to fuel his spaceship up in exchange. However, Ultra Guard will not tolerate an alien outlaw. Fight back, Ultra Guard!

Murders of foreigners had been occurring continuously in the largest port city of Asia: Kobe. The victims were all cheif members of the Terrestrial Defense Science Unit, who came to Japan to attend the Defense Conference held in Mount Rokko. The perpetrator behind this is reviewed to be Alien Pedan, who misinterpret the observation rocket as a sign of invasion...

After the attack of the super robot King Joe, analysis on how to defeat it has started among TDF. When Dan mets the Alien Pedan who kidnapped Dorothy, an important person to the Defense Conference, Alien Pedan offers a deal: if TDF stop the analysis, they will release Dorothy. But after Dan agreed with the deal, Alien Pedan betrays and started another turn of attack with their super robot!

Sakura 9, the unmanned spaceship lauched as part of the investigation research project for Planet Annon, returned to Earth all of a sudden. The spaceship, however, soon exploded after landing. At somewhere close to the landing point, a young boy found a strange stone, and hears voices talking to him. The voice claims itself as a being from Annon, and the stone is the body needed for the beings to live on earth. From its words, seemingly they saw the launch of Sakura 9 as an attempt of invasion from Earth!

A roof-fall happened at Asaike Coal Mine, a place where roof-falls happens frequently. The workers were able to evacuate, except for one man - Jiro. Ultra Guard was called for rescue. When they arrived, Dan realised that the young man trapped under the coal mine was the first human he met on Earth!

The monthly special training for Ultra Guard was held, and after a skydiving training, Amagi and Soga were lost. When they woke up, they found themselves in a forest with vampire plants and monstrous beings that look like spiders and mites. They were captured into a virtual space made by Alien Bell!

Project Blue, a project to wrap Earth and moon with magnetic force to keep them safe from alien invaders, where targeted by Alien Bado. Self-proclaimed as the Emperor of the Universe, they kidnapped the project's leader, Professor Miyabe. Since Professor Miyabe doesn't tell where the documents of the project is, they started aiming his wife. Dan transforms to Ultraseven and went into Alien Bado's spaceship!

Dan and Soga visited Professor Iwamura, who is known as a stubborn old man, at International Nuclear Research Center, to request for corporation for the frequent earthquakes hitting the Aosawa mountainous area, but got turned away at the door. Shortly after, Ultra Guard met a college girl who was engaged in a mountain rally and finds out she carried substance called "Ultonium", a nuclear that form Earth. This stunned Dr. Iwamura and he started to fear that Earth may collapse.

Many marine accidents of sailing ships going down one after another occurred. Kawata, who is the captain of fishing boat, Daisan Kuroshiomaru, said he saw what appears to be Battleship Yamato right before the boat sunk. Ultra Guard started investigating the ocean floor and finds out the suspect was a Robot, Ironrocks, loaded with bomb which was created by Alian Mimy using wreckage of the Battleship Yamato aimed to take away seabed resource of earth!

Midnight, a police patrol officer was beaten to death by an ape-like big man. Dan and Anne visited the Monkey Center for investigation and was welcomed by Professor Mayama, Anne's old friend. However, Mayama and his woman assistant were both brainwashed by Alien Goron. The aim of Alien Goron was to exchange humans' brains with that of apes', making Earth a planet of ape-mans!
