Burning Hands

Early in the morning in 2016, FOK CHUN-SING arrives at his casino office in Macau. After seeing the photo of SZETO SING on CHUN-SING's table, LAM LUI figures that they are going to square off in a gambling tournament. In the meantime in Hong Kong, CHAK KOON-YAT, NG PAK-YEE and the others pose as bank staff to con the bank clients. Suddenly, two police officers walk in the bank, yet KOON-YAT and the others manage to escape. Later on, they receive their Shifu SZETO SING's message, so they immediately arrive at the meeting location. When newbie SO LAI-FUN appears, all of them think that she looks like an angel. However, KOON-YAT's face falls as soon as he sees HO CHING-FA, the two exchange glances but say nothing. Through a live broadcast, SZETO SING informs them that he is retiring, ahead of which he is going to square off with CHUN-SING once again on the gambling table. KOON-YAT frankly points out that CHUN-SING is the Gambling King and has never lost. Competing against CHUN-SING, SZETO SING ends up breaking his arm, rendering his disciples heartbroken. KOON-YAT even wants to avenge him. Though SZETO SING is strongly against the idea, KOON-YAT and his fellow disciples are determined to raise money and challenge CHUN-SING in private. Conning a wealthy man named KO TAI-FU out of vast sums of money, KOON-YAT and CHING-FA distribute $3 million to each of their fellow disciples, urging them to win ten times of the money within seven days.
