Quizeum

This week, in the second series of The Quizeum we visit the Burrell Collection. This unique array of more than eight thousand objects, housed in the heart of Pollock Country Park, was gifted by Sir William Burrell to the city of Glasgow. Being put to the test by Griff in this extraordinary museum are Dr Janina Ramirez, medieval art historian, Lars Tharp, a historian specialising in European and Chinese ceramics, historian and broadcaster Professor Kate Williams and author and journalist Muriel Gray. The two teams will pit their knowledgeable wits against each other in a series of rounds informed by this eclectic collection.
