The second leg takes the competitors from Las Vegas to Phoenix; crossing the Hoover Dam while evading the police proves to be difficult.

The race moves on to Santa Fe, N.M.; the arrests continue.

The fourth leg takes drivers on a 757-mile stretch from Santa Fe, N.M., to Dallas; Richard is involved in an accident.

The fifth leg takes the drivers from Dallas to New Orleans; Ash is not impressed with his newest driver.

The sixth leg takes the drivers from New Orleans to Tampa, Fla.; The competition between Polizei and Richard heats up.

The last leg sees the competitors arrive in Miami; Ash is reunited with his favourite driver.
