Stan, a novice slacker, is hired by brother-in-law Ralph to lead a film division. He discovers his team is made of misfits and a resentful producer, Joe.

Kid From Hell - Ralph, the studio boss, has Stan and Joe watch over his son while at work. The only problem is the kid is a nightmare to deal with.

Cowman – Stan and Joe learn that one of their projects has a potential lawsuit after being told that Ralph stole the idea.

Stan gathers the team together to plan a surprise birthday party for Joe. But nobody can agree with how it should be.
