Season 1 Episode 19 - Wings of Fear!
Frank is minding his sisters pet budgie. Nick and Perry are convinced that it must be extremely dangerous as it’s kept in a cage. Somehow thai must be connected to the bird food it eats. They investigate and the budgie escapes. An elaborate ruse is needed to get the budgie back in the cage without anyone noticing.

S01:E01 - They Came From Beyond the Cosmos!
This episode tells the story of Nick and Perry’s crash landing on Earth and their first impressions of future life on Earth. During night, while little Lucy is dreaming of her birthday, a space capsule crashes into the garden and embeds itself into the ground. The scientists in the observatory miss this event, but not suspicious Mr. Smith. He knows something fishy has happened over there. However, he doesn’t see the two alien dogs creeping out – Nick & Perry! They make a reconaissance patrol, meet the other dogs and get into trouble with Butch. As they flee back to the garden, they run into a happy Lucy who thinks the dogs are her father’s birthday present for her. Frank allows the dogs to stay.
S01:E02 - Robot Horror!
While observing Lucy playing with her talking doll, Nick and Perry are led to believe that it is a robot that controls humans. Perry sees the strange way in which Lucy “obeys” the doll. To get to the secret of this robot, he does some vivisection on it. As he presents his results to the dogs in the park, they warn him that breaking a doll is the worst sin possible. And the voice is gone! It will take a complicated operation involving a doll and the TV set to save the day before Lucy is back.
S01:E03 - Invasion of the Insect Creatures!
Nick and Perry become infested with fleas. However, the fleas have a strange reaction to alien skin and it’s not long before the place is over run with monster sized fleas. This is especially problematic since Perry has constructed his first escape podule and the countdown is running. Unbeknown to Frank & Lucy Nick tries to save the day, while the army of Fleas has taken to Mr. Smith’s house...
S01:E04 - Subterranean Terror!
Episode told in flashback. N&P are in a spaceship, poised to take off. What has happened? Earlier that day, Perry believes that Lucy’s fairytale comic book is a history book. Through the misreading of this book they get trapped in the sewers, as they believe it to be a gateway between two worlds. Our friends struggle through the dark corridors, nearly getting run over by underground trains, wiped away by sewage water (which they believe to be from the “fountain of youth”). Finally, they find the “Gateway” (the tube station) and make it into the space ship (which turns ot to be a rattling children’s toy in front of the tube station).
S01:E05 - Tomorrow Bandits!
Perry has invented a time travel device to send them back in time to before they crash landed on Earth. Nick tries it out in a very unprofessional way (to charm Sophia and to bully Butch). Finally, Mr. Smith snatches the thing from the dog. This gives him the prime opportunity to expose them for what they. As he tries to convince the scientists in a laboratory, the humans all get caught in a time loop. How will the dogs get the time machine back?
S01:E06 - Psycho Fiends!
Nick and Perry follow Lucy to school, Perry hoping to get some ‘higher learning’ as this will take you “anywhere – even to the moon” (overheard from Frank). He is fascinated with the school lab. Nick, meanwhile, listens in on a fairytale and proceeds to convince Perry that the frogs in the lab are really Princes and Princesses waiting to be set free. The frogs get out, havoc ensues, and Perry needs all his countenance to finish the fuel for the rocket that stands in the school yard...
S01:E07 - Secret of the Dopplegangers!
Nick and Perry believe Frank’s twin brother, who is on a visit, to be a evil clone. They remember the clone incident back on Dogma and decide to take the same measures by making a hologram to ‘solve’ the issue. Basically, it’s about making the evil twin leave by making the hologram do horrible things and then... Of course, the hologram spins out of control and mayhem ensues...
S01:E08 - Fangs of Doom Part 427!
In order to avoid the suspicion of Mr. Smith, Nick and Perry must device an ingenious plan. Because you see Smith has observed that contrary to the other dogs the postman seems to like N&P who never attack him. Smith alarms his friend the general. They deceive him by planning an attack on the Postman as any normal dog would. Just that the postman is Perry in disguise. And then Frank and Lucy and the other dogs appear at the same time...
S01:E09 - Department Store at the Edge of Time!
After sneaking into a department store, Nick and Perry are chased into the elevator by the security guard. Believing the elevator to be nothing more than a small room, they are shocked to find that each time the doors open, they are faced with a brand new world. It is a time travelling machine! Or a gateway to different worlds. In the end, they have to make it back to the car before Frank & Lucy come back from shopping and dogde the two and the security guard on their way...
S01:E10 - Dawn of the Mind Parasites!
Mr. Smith gets a wig. Nick and Perry believe that it’s an alien creature infiltrating the human brain in an attempt to take over the Earth. The dogs kindnap the dangerous “Fuzzock” and submit it to all kinds of horrible questioning. But to no use. The next day, they follow Smith to the wig shop (which to their eyes is a Mother Ship!). Here they meet rows and rows of alien invaders...
S01:E11 - Circus of Monsters!
A circus comes to town. Nick and Perry go there with Frank & Lucy and believe that one of the attractions of the circus, a cute little poodle in a tutu, is a fellow Dogmanian, here to save them, as she is dancing on her hind legs. The two get to work and have to avoid some circus staff and animals to free the little poodle. Who, of course, doesn’t quite get the sci-fi questions put to her in the underground kennel and just wants to go back to her owner...
S01:E12 - The Deadly Spell of Dr. Moustachio!
At a magic show of the Great Moustachio, Nick and Perry are convinced that this is real magic. While keeping out of the way of Frank and Lucy, who are also in the show, they steel the wand thinking it to be the source of all magic, but it does not work. They realise that it must be the moustache and they manage to make it ‘disappear’ off his face. But the fate of the all powerful moustache is yet to be decided. Imagine what happens when it falls into Mr. Smith’s hands...
S01:E13 - Escape to Peril!
Frank brings Lucy and the dogs on a camping trip. Nick and Perry manage to get lost. As Nick and Perry are totally without orientation nature gets the better of them on their search for Frank and Lucy. On their way back they run into a bear, a terrifying squirrel and lots of trees...
S01:E14 - Alien Rescue Squad!
Lucy’s favourite TV character ‘BUMPER’ (a Lassie style hero) has lots of adventures. Lucy decides to re-enact an episode with Nick and Perry as the heroes. As Lucy reenacts the “girl in danger” situation in Mr. Meat Chunk’s factory, it all goes pretty wrong. N&P have to come up with a clever plan to alert the police and Frank.– and to save the day (and Lucy).
S01:E15 - Riddle of the Micro-Men!
Perry is in the middle of his experiments when Nick turns up with three babies who demand a lot of attention. He has taken the “pet humans” from a sort of prison (sand box). The dogs have to go through the processes of changing diapers and feeding the pack (involving curtains and a whole cow!). Unfortunately, Mr. Smith has become suspicious again...
S01:E16 - The Incredible Shrinking Dogs
Nick and Perry’s get accidentally into a ray of Mr. Smith’s bonsai machine and start shrinking. Panic sets in. They must find something edible that will stabilize their size. Already starting to shrink they ramshackle Franks house looking for the right combination to save them from disappearing altogether. It all ends up in the fridge where the taste themselves through different mixtures of mayonnaise, lemon and tea. AND Frank & Lucy are rummaging around in the kitchen...
S01:E17 - Beware the Brain Changers!
Nick isn’t careful enough and lets himself get caught doing very un-earthdoggy things (like reading a book). He is brought to the vet because Frank feels he is behaving strangely. He is hypnotised by the vet and leaves believing that he is a real earth dog. Perry pulls out all the stops to bring Nick’s memory back. But that won’t be easy. After many failed tries, Perry summons up the memory of a big dance event on Dogma where a mysterious stranger has snatched away Perry’s sweeetheart. Guess who it turns out to be...
S01:E18 - Plant Crushers From Beyond Evil!
Lucy has a school project about wild flowers as autumn has begun. Perry gets it wrong and thinks that Nick has crushed the dried flowers. Franatically he tries to revive them with an invention of his. As just the next morning the leaves begin to fall, Perry is sure his invention has caused this. The two dogs set out to glue the leaves back to the trees...

S01:E20 - The Beast With Einstein’S Brain!
Nick makes Perry believe that he can communicate with a monkey who can help them build a space shuttle. After all, just look what the monkey was able to do with a piano in the park – and all the (bogus of course) calculations his master made him do. The monkey’s name (Einstein) also rings a distant bell with Perry. Following the monkey’s ”instructions” they build a shuttle that explodes in their faces when they try to activate it. Things escalate and they make a complete mess of the underground kennel.
