Inshallah, "god-willing", things will progress as the agents experience patience with challenging properties. Svetlana views an overpriced villa that though incredibly designed, has it's problems. Nabeel looks at a grand mansion that needs some work to live up to the modern standard expected on the island. Sheila works hard on selling a great property that has it's own difficulties.

Clients desire bigger and better than the last. Nabeel checks out a new residence on a resort for a special client. Svetlana gets a peak into some jaw-dropping properties to secure her connection with an ideal architect for her clients. Sheila works hard to sell a new villa in order to get her client an even bigger property.

It's all about the location and value of what's to come in an area. Sheila works on a challenging property, while coordinating deals internationally. Svetlana works on finding her clients properties to invest and make money on. Nabeel poaches a client from another agent and takes a different approach. Will he be successful in selling them on a new area?
