LAW YIU-WAH teaches Chinese Language in a band 3 school called Qiqihar Association Lam Tin Kwong Memorial Secondary School. He believes that 'human nature is evil' and therefore a teacher should control the student strictly while teaching them but the students do not appreciate his approach at all. Influenced by his grandfather LAW CHUN-BONG, YIU-WAH decided to be a policeman since childhood but his mother opposes the idea strongly for YIU-WAH's soldier father was killed while carrying out his duty. YIU-WAH is a filial son and he gives up his aspiration eventually. The school bowling team of Lam Tin Kwong used to be very famous in Hong Kong but the team is no longer active. The school team is going to have a friendly match with their enemies from But Kau Yan School. Lead by a group of bad students called K4 (CHUNG KA-PO, MOK CHAK-KEI, FAN TAI and CHEUNG PAK-CHEUN), the school team seems to be extraordinarily keen in winning the friendly match. YIU-WAH later discovers that K4 have made a bet on the match result and he is enraged. He strongly requests the principal to rectify the school ethos and his approach is supported by the Parent-teacher association (PTA). YIU-WAH therefore starts punishing the students harshly and this stirs up dissatisfaction among the students. He accidentally falls into K4's trap and is vilified by his students as a peeping Tom. YIU-WAH has no choice but to resign from the job resentfully. Meanwhile, YIU-WAH's mother who has been ill for a long time is died. Her last wish is letting her son to do whatever he likes.
