The Tubi Builders Program is an 18-month rotational program designed to develop the next generation of technical leaders. Participants will gain hands-on experience in one of three specialized tracks: Product Management, Software Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.

Through three six-month rotations, you’ll work on high-impact projects, solve complex challenges, and contribute to cutting-edge innovation at Tubi.  With mentorship from senior leaders and a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, this program is designed to accelerate your career and prepare you for a future in tech.

    FAQ

    • How can I apply?

      Apply to our open positions by March 11, 2025. You can apply to the Product Management, Software Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering track.

    • Is Product or Engineering experience required?

      No, previous Product or Engineering experience is not required. We require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a related field, and a passion for building great products.

    • Is the program remote or in office?

      This is a hybrid program, with required in-office days in our San Francisco office.

    • What does the interview process look like?

      Candidates who pass the initial resume review will be asked to complete an assessment tailored to their role:

      • Product candidates will complete a take home exercise.
      • Engineering candidates will submit a code sample from a previous software engineering project.

      Candidates who successfully complete their respective assessments will proceed to a series of interviews with leaders in the tech organization
