Charlie decides that Brenda and Gerry love Tom more than him. In an unguarded moment, Brenda agrees, hurting Charlie more than he ever expected. Frankie locks herself in the Art School overnight to work on her assessment. Alone, Frankie becomes terrified. The place feels haunted and she can’t get out. Tom goes out on a vodka-fuelled night with Gerry. Gerry flirts with two Polish ladies and fails to make it home. Di tells Frankie that she is going to New York with Clive. Reeling from the news and with Katie gone from the house, Frankie and Tom find themselves seeking comfort in each other.
