Kitchen Nightmares

Gordon meets Peter Matthews, who has struggled for seven years to make a profit from the historic Seascape Restaurant. Now he's nearly a million dollars in debt and Gordon is his last hope. When Gordon gets into Seascape's kitchen he finds a filthy and disgusting mess with grease spattered so thickly, he can scrape it off the walls. The Head Chef has left meat and fish uncovered and spoiling, and worst of all is a jar of pesto covered in mould that was used to make Gordon's lunch.
