In episode 1 we meet notorious gang banger Baby D. She considers herself to be prison Top Dog, with the ability to place hits on fellow prisoners. She’s set her sights on Krystal from a rival gang - will the guards be able to keep her safe? And 8-month pregnant Vanessa arrives. Addicted to heroin, she’s already lost custody of her other children and if she gives birth in jail, she’ll lose this baby too. Desperate to secure a place on a drug rehabilitation programme, will she get out of jail in time or will she give birth in prison?
