Fiona Cairns creates a chocolate feast in this episode devoted to everything chocolate. On the menu, a no bake white chocolate cheese cake with a tangy blackberry coulis, gilded chocolate tiffin made with dried cranberries and pistachio nuts gift wrapped in edible gold leaf and glazed chocolate orange cubes which are made from ground almonds rather than flour, perfect for a celebration.
