Throughout their school years, Gary Wallace (John Mallory Asher), a cocky but cowardly misfit and his only friend, computer genius Wyatt Donnelly (Michael Manasseri), sweet, lovable and shy, have been the butt of heartless pranks. When they are humiliated by school bullies on the first day of a new semester, they decide to retaliate. That night, with the combination of Frankenstein on television, a fierce electrical storm raging outside, and some inexplicable electrical interference, Wyatt feeds into his computer their combined choice of statistics and succeeds in creating their "PC genie" named Lisa (Vanessa Angel), a smart and beautiful woman whose mission is to grant the two boys’ wishes.
