BING-BING asks SHING regarding CHI-YAN looking for his own daughter. According to him, the timeframe and the relative circumstances when CHI-YAN was separated from his daughter match what TONG WING told her. Holding the little bell in her hand, BING-BING thinks so hard about the issue, finding there is too much coincidence and worries that she might be CHI-YAN's missing daughter. She tells herself that even if she is CHI-YAN's daughter, nonetheless, she is not going to accept heartless CHI-YAN as her own father. KA-YEUNG comes up with an idea to get some of CHI-YAN's blood in the hospital, and matches it with BING-BING's for verification...... CHI-YAN notices that someone has paid tribute at YEE-HUNG's tomb, and also spots BING-BING nearby, so he approaches LAI-KUEN, inquiring about BING-BING's background. Later on, he receives an anonymous letter, telling him to meet someone in the forest where he will know his daughter's whereabouts. Having discovered that BING-BING goes to pay tribute to the late YEE-HUNG, CHI-YAN, takes out his bell, hoping to make BING-BING recognize him as her father. But, BING-BING refuses to do so...
