Percy throws a lawn dart through Kevin's skull and the damage causes Kevin to feel emotions. A hypersensitive Kevin plans a bus trip to Los Angeles after Mom reveals to him that he has a twin brother from whom he was separated at birth. His trip is cut short after horrible bus crash in which the survivors must resort to cannibalism.
