TIN-SENG returns to the hospital for body check. CHEUK CHING is leaving hospital on that day and she reveals that she finally knows what is really important in her life after the incident. When YUK-MUI and WAI-SHUN visit TIN-SENG, they discover that the bank is chasing TIN-SENG to return his debts. WAI-SHUN decides to pay the debts for TIN-SENG. He suggests TIN-SENG to stop trading in the stock market and go to help him instead. Some fake Law Shun Kei products are discovered in the market.
