Mesrine is a loyal son and soldier back home and living with his parents after serving in the Algerian War. Seduced by the glamour and easy money of 60's Paris, he turns his back on his old life and moves swiftly up the criminal ladder. After pulling off an audacious heist he flees to Canada where the lure of a big payout draws him out of hiding.
