TONG makes an emotional plea urging everyone to unite against TAK. Deeply moved by TONG’s sincerity, SKINNY, Chairman TSUI, Master SHUI and the rest are finally willing to testify against TAK. A team of police officers from the Nanjing Government have come to arrest TAK. FONG is taken hostage by TAK, who later receives a sharp blow from CHEUNG in the confusion and gets arrested eventually.
