CHEUNG and KWAN are both exhausted. Fearing that CHEUNG will suffer from an internal injury, CHAM decides to surrender, making KWAN the new Boxing Champion of Seven Provinces. CHAM collapses in a faint suddenly and is sent to the hospital at once.
