In The Job Centre we follow exuberant boss Jane Vincent, who owns one of the liveliest Recruitment Agency’s in Bradford, Candelisa People. Along with her straight talking team, she is tasked with finding jobs for the extraordinary characters that walk through the agency’s doors, as they work to get Yorkshire employed. In this second episode, the agency face a crisis as four of Phil’s temp workers fail to turn up to work for one of their biggest clients, leaving the contract hanging in the balance. To make matters worse, Phil’s off sick, leaving Jane and the rest of the team to pick up the pieces. Will it mean the end of Phil’s time at Candelisa People? Carlos has been let down by one of his temp workers and is under pressure to fill the role quickly, but will the client be happy with their latest recruit? Meanwhile, boss Jane puts on a charm offensive as she tries to win back a contract she lost ten years ago, but will it be enough?
