Kitchen Nightmares

Chef Ramsay visits Classic American in suburban West Babylon, NY, a restaurant struggling to make ends meet with mounting debt and whose two inexperienced owners are fighting to keep their American dream alive. Owners Colleen and Naomi, former waitresses at Classic American, purchased the restaurant years ago, but their lack of business experience proves to be too much for the business to handle. Chef Ramsay has his hands full with a disorganized staff and a disappointing menu, but after observing dinner service, he realizes the restaurant's problems are rooted in the lack of leadership and communication in the kitchen.
