Three rich losers, vacationing in Malibu, find that they can't get the time of day from the bikini-clad babes on the beach. When they see Link, a down-on-his-luck surfer who happens to have a way with the ladies, they hire him to help them. After the three fail their lessons in beach fashion, surfer-speak and "busting a move," Link figures out a way to solve everyone's problems: the First Annual Bikini Olympics.
