Ben gets a call from the police, who want a follow-up statement about the night Hamish died. Questions about Tyler’s case are raised, and both Piper and Ben push Tyler to ask Toadie about sentencing. Later that night, Tyler sees Toadie and learns the maximum for manslaughter is twenty years. However, due to circumstances surrounding the case, a sentence of two years is more probable. Tyler is upset at the thought of being locked up, until Piper reminds him they have four weeks until the hearing – more than enough time to make two years of happy memories if needs be. From this they embark on memory number one – a no rules day – to compensate for regulated prison life. Tyler has genuine fun and is left in high spirits... until Toadie delivers an update on his case. The public prosecutor has been in touch: Tyler’s charges have been upgraded... to murder.
