How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your account, please follow the steps below.

1. First Sign in to your account.
2. Click/Tap on your name at the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Click/Tap on Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Delete My Account.
5. Click on Delete My Account.
6. Lastly, enter your password and click Delete.

If you are located in the UK or EU countries, and you'd like to delete your account/data, please follow these steps:

1. Access the Data Deletion Form:

• To initiate the process, you need to fill out our data deletion form. You can access the form through the following link: Data Deletion Form

2. Complete the Form:

• Select the applicate request type from the "Request Type" drop down, then provide all the necessary information requested in the form. This includes details that will help us verify your identity and locate your data in our system.

3. Submit the Form:

• Once you have completed the form, click on the submit button. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

4. Remove the App from Your Streaming Devices

• To finalize your deletion request, you need to completely remove our app from all your streaming devices.
