APPS-04035 Error

If you experience an APPS-04035 error on your Comcast, Xfinity, Rogers or Shaw devices, please try the following steps:

 

1. Try clearing the cookies (Main menu > Settings > Privacy > Clear Cookies or Locally Stored Data)

2. Exit and relaunch your device

 

If the above suggestions don't resolve the issue you're experiencing, please contact our support team at tubitv.com/support. In your message, include the following details:

  • A video of the issue from beginning to end (i.e. all the steps you take, what you click on to get to the Tubi app, all the way to the error)
  • TV box model number
