How to Clear Cookies On Your Device

Clearing your cookies can help refresh your Tubi experience. Here's how to do it on the most common devices.

Web Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Clearing cookies in your browser will log you out of websites (including Tubi), and might reset some of your viewing preferences.

Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose Cookies and other site data.
  5. Click Clear data.

Safari:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
  3. Click Privacy > Manage Website Data.
  4. Search for “Tubi” and click Remove.
  5. Click Done.

Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu (≡) and select Settings.
  3. Choose Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  4. Click Manage Data, find “Tubi”, and click Remove Selected.
Mobile Devices (iOS & Android)

On the Tubi App:
Tubi doesn't store cookies in the same way mobile browsers do, but if you're having issues, try this:

iOS:

  1. Delete the Tubi app.
  2. Reinstall it from the App Store.

Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Tubi > Storage.
  2. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Note: This will log you out and reset your settings in the app.

Smart TVs (Roku, Fire TV, etc.)

Tubi on smart TVs doesn't use cookies like a browser. But if you're experiencing issues, try this:

  • Restart your TV and internet connection.
  • Sign out of Tubi and sign back in.
  • If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the Tubi app.
