Find your Device ID
Need help locating your device ID? We've got you covered!
Android (Mobile)
- Open the Tubi app on your Android device.
- Navigate to the "My Stuff" section, found in the bottom right navigation menu.
- Tap on "Settings" (the gear icon) near the top right of the screen.
- Your Tubi device ID should be displayed toward the bottom on this screen. You can long press the number to copy it.
- If you plan to email your device ID to report an issue, please be sure to include a description of the problem you're experiencing!
iPhone/iPad (Mobile)
- Whether or not you have a Tubi account created, open the app and tap the 'Account' button on the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
- You will find your device ID located towards the bottom of the screen.

Web
- Scroll to the bottom of the Tubi website. For quicker access, consider clicking into a movie or TV series details page first.
- Once at the bottom of the page, in the footer section, look for small text that reads "Device ID," followed by a long string of characters.
- If you plan to email your device ID to report an issue, please be sure to include a description of the problem you're experiencing!
Smart TVs, Media Streaming Player Devices, Game Consoles & Cable Providers
- Start at the Tubi home screen, then navigate to the left until you see a list of menu options. Click on the Settings icon towards the bottom of your screen.
- In settings, navigate to the About icon, and underneath "Need Help?" you will find your device ID.
- If you plan to email your device ID to report an issue, please be sure to include a description of the problem you're experiencing!
