In Brother No. 2 , we hear the stories of those who have lost loved ones to the Khmer Rouge, those who've traveled far to come to terms with the injustice of the last 30 years and from the very architects and high-ranking cadres of the Khmer Rouge who are finally facing trial for their crimes, including the party's number 2 man - Noun Chea.
