Sergey, an alienated clerk who dutifully goes to work each day, maintains his sanity by screaming curses every night from the rooftop of his apartment. Even after he is beaten up by the local mafia, Sergey continues with his nightly rants. Then one day he meets the delightful Olga. She is a breath of fresh air in his life.
