The Penthouse

Dinah St. Clair, a daughter of a music mogul, lives a charmed life in a high-rise penthouse. A mentally troubled childhood friend of Dinah's, Joe Dobson, breaks out of a mental ward in order to meet her. His issues unbeknownst to her, Dinah lets him into her home where things quickly escalate into a hostage situation. As Dinah's father and the police negotiate with Joe for her safe return, she attempts to talk him down off the ledge and save both of their lives.
