An honest Los Angeles cop and his crew discover a sinister plot at work while attempting to bust drug traffickers. Brian Dennehy ("F/X") stars as Frank Daly, a vanishing breed of cop who takes his work and honor seriously. Frank is forced to turn in his badge when his investigation of a drug ring gets too close to a sensitive government operation. Only a band of rogue cops lead by Daly will go outside the law to battle a ruthless alliance of smugglers, arms dealers and government agents.
