Monica has a perfect life: a caring husband, a booming architecture firm, and a baby on the way. But then tragedy strikes, and her husband is killed in a car accident. Since the crash, Monica has relived the accident in terrible nightmares, but her blessing is her daughter Maddy. Concerned about raising Maddy without a father, she vows she'll be the mother Maddy needs. When Monica is introduced to Kevin, the two are caught in a whirlwind romance that quickly leads to marriage. Life seems perfect once again, until Monica starts to suffer from headaches and then hallucinations. Kevin commits her to a mental hospital, and it's then that Monica discovers that he is part of a devious plan to steal her home, company and daughter. Incapacitated, she must fight to free herself and take back what is hers.
