The adventures of hero Ace Hart, a canine private eye who battles the film noir villians of Dog City, and Eliot Shag, a dog, a muppet and an animator who creates and controls Ace Hart. Ace is the hero we dream of being, Eliot is the guy who dreamt him up.

The Big Squeak introduces us to the residents of Dog City and to Eliot's muppet world with high adventure.
S01:E02 - Taming of the Screw
A loose screw in Eliot's animation desk causes him great aggravation but it also becomes the inspiration for another adventure with Ace Hart.
S01:E03 - Meat, the Butcher
Eliot is ordered by his boss to draw a story with violence in it. Unfortunately, this goes against Eliot's belief that violence is unnecessary.
S01:E04 - Disobedience School
Eliot is trying to help his friend Artie cope with starting a new school year at a brand new school.
S01:E05 - The Dog Pound
Eliot is accused of having chewed Bruno's favorite slipper and he's placed under dog house arrest in his very own home.
S01:E06 - Radio Daze
Eliot Shag's inspiration for his next Ace Hart adventure comes from his television repair man who's nostalgic for the good ole days for radio.
S01:E07 - The Bloodhound
Eliot's suspicions and fears about Colleen's new friend result in a madcap adventure that has Dog City howling in fear.
S01:E08 - Adventures in Puppysitting
Colleen Barker, Eliot's neighbor, asks Eliot to puppysit her nephew Pomeroy.
S01:E09 - Ya Gotta Have Hart
Eliot Shag's boss at the network wants a more up-to-date, funky Ace Hart show.
S01:E10 - In Your Dreams
Eliot falls asleep at his animation table after a long, hard day drawing a new Ace Hart Adventure.
S01:E11 - Rocketship K-9
Bruno is convinced that aliens are invading Dog City. Eliot decides to take this as a cue for this next Ace Hart Adventure.
S01:E12 - Cats 'N Dogs
Cats are mobbing into Eliot's apartment building. And Bruno will not allow it. This gives Eliot inspiration for his latest Ace Hart Adventure.
S01:E13 - Is It Arf?
Artie has decided he has a new detective hero - someone who uses a cool detecting kit to solve his mysteries.
