Shu and his friends fought to defeat the evil lord Nene, ruler of the Grankingdom. Nene was defeated, but it was revealed that the true evil was none other than Zola, who was the avatar of the legendary Darkness. Shu and the other Seven Soldiers of Light managed to once again seal off the force of Darkness, but lost their Shadow Powers in the process. Two years has passed since the battle with Darkness. As Shu and Bouquet continue their battle against General Logi and his Rosekstan army, a new threat arrives. Powerful dragons calling themselves the “Legion of Elite Species” set out to test the worthiness of mankind, selecting Shu as the candidate.

S02:E01 - Red Dragon
It has been two years since the battle with Darkness. Shu has since lost Blue Dragon. Along with Bouquet and Legalas, Shu has formed a resistance group that is fighting Rosekstan.
S02:E02 - Nöe
Even after his escape from a giant Red Dragon, Noi won’t reveal anything, no matter what he is asked. Shu, Bouquet, and Noi set out on a journey to see Marumaro.
S02:E03 - A Manly Challenge
The mysterious woman, who appeared before Logi, instantaneously blows away Albarose, along with Logi and his minions.
S02:E04 - Scales of Ambition
Shu and his friends join with Marumaro and head off to Korin, in order to gather information on their other friends. They come across a mountainous region that is being attacked by the Rosekstan army.
S02:E05 - Wake of the Pyramid
Shu and his friends are on their way to Korin. The group stops by Harrywood, a gorgeous city built near a pyramid. There they find Legalas, who is wearing a bunny outfit.
S02:E06 - Crossing Paths
Shu and his friends arrive in Korin. There, they meet a girl who is dressed like the late Homeron. The girl's name is Sui.
S02:E07 - First Love
While traveling, Shu and his friends come across a run-down town. The town is now trying to rebuild itself after being attacked by a robot bandit gang led by Schmitt.
S02:E08 - Her Decision
Leaving the other three at a beach, Shu goes to see Kluke by himself. Shu arrives at the mountain shack where Kluke lives. But Kluke is not there.
S02:E09 - Dance of Love
Shu and his friends come to rest in another town. Jiro and Kluke have chosen not to join them and Shu looks melancholy.
S02:E10 - Heart-Pounding Bliss
Shu is in the library by himself, worrying about how he can obtain information about the enemy. Bouquet goes out shopping to cook for Shu and bumps into Rottarace.
S02:E11 - Mikhail
Shu and his friends find Mikhail based on information they received from Rottarace. Shu and Marumaro fight Mikhail in order to end their ordeal.
S02:E12 - Nöe's Decision
The Mikhail that Shu and his friends defeated was a clone. Shu begins fighting again, but he begins to worry whether it's another clone.
S02:E13 - The White Guardians
A new force suddenly appears, the White Guardians. The knights, led by Vermilion and Furiosso, begin attacking Blue Dragon.
S02:E14 - The Oracle
Shu meets Purimura in Nirvana. Purimura tells Shu that she can see the future and that if he goes to Laibach before the next new moon.
S02:E15 - Wake of the Pyramid
Shu and his friends are on their way to Korin. The group stops by Harrywood, a gorgeous city built near a pyramid. There they find Legalas, who is wearing a bunny outfit.
S02:E16 - Enter Nirvana
Jiro goes to the town of Nirvana to gather information. He heads into the castle by himself in order to subdue Delphinium.
S02:E17 - Slurping Sigh
Along their way, Shu and his friends help a girl who is pulling a heavy cart. The girl treats them to a meal in return for their help. They fill their stomachs.
S02:E18 - City of Dragons
Conrad is investigating the unusual events that are happening in the world. He visits Laibach along with Kriez, one of the other Knight Masters.
S02:E19 - What Lies Underground
Shu and his friends are surprised when Blue Dragon disappears beyond the entrance door to the underground ruins they find under Laibach.
S02:E20 - Rotta and Nöe
Shu and the team find out that the fate of their world depends on their decisions. Furthermore, Bouquet and Marumaro are not sure of what to do when they are told that many of their actions were mistakes.
S02:E21 - A New Dragon
Shu and his friends learn that other temples exist other than the one in Buoyla. They suspect that they can extract information about their enemy's stronghold.
S02:E22 - Hippoman
Shu and his friends have run out of traveling money and go to a local bakery in search for a job, where they are given a test by the sisters who run the shop.
S02:E23 - Madam's Whisper
Along the way, Marumaro falls in love at first sight with a beautiful noblewoman. The group tries to control Marumaro's frenzy as they visit a nearby town, but something is wrong.
S02:E24 - A Ghost's Return
Shu and his friends gather in town after being contacted by Sui, an informant. There they are reunited with Jiro, who is traveling with Sui since their escape from Nirvana.
S02:E25 - Unheard Pleas
Shu tries to meet Purimura in order to stop the White Guardians from advancing. But the flagship that Purimura is on is heavily guarded.
S02:E26 - Her Wish
Unable to stop the White Guardians, the group plan on reasoning with Logi. In order to get to Logi before the White Guardians, Shu goes to Kluke.
S02:E27 - The Battle Begins
Shu and his friends receive help from Kluke and arrive in the Galleon. Logi agrees to talk and Shu asks him to stop the war, but Logi immediately refuses.
S02:E28 - Soaring of the Sleipnir
The war between Rosekstan and the White Guardians begins. But Shu doesn't stop trying to reduce the war's casualties. Kluke and the others meet up with him.
S02:E29 - Power of the Oracle
The war reaches a climax and Shu takes on Vermillion one on one. They discuss each other's points of view and Vermillion tells Shu that he thinks that Shu is trying to kill Purimura.
S02:E30 - A Divided World
Mikhail has come to destroy humans by himself. But Rudolph, the leader of the Legion of Elite Species, creates a giant wall to punish Mikhail for his actions.
S02:E31 - The Knight and the Girl
The White Guardians come back from to Nirvana. Purimura says that fate is something that must be accepted. Her heart aches over the loss of all the lives during the war.
S02:E32 - The Town of Gourmets
Shu and his friends visit a ghost town. They meet Michelin, who was a gourmet concierge in the town.
S02:E33 - Matilda Strikes
The Rosekstan army is trying to open a path to their development facilities on the other side of the large wall so that they can develop new weapons.
S02:E34 - A Fake Smile
Shu and the team visit the utopian town of Moa in order to take on Hildegard's trials. There, the town representative, Junger, as well as the other townspeople, greet them with smiles.
S02:E35 - The Final Trial
Shu and his friends cannot move because Noi injures his leg in town. They take a break. Bouquet drags Shu into town and finds a fortuneteller.
S02:E36 - The Deciding Moment
The Legion of Elite Speices watched the results of the trail that Shu was given to by Rudolph. They finally begin their final discussion about the human race.
S02:E37 - Vermillion
Shu and his friends struggle to protect people from the attacks of the Legion of Elite Species. Purimura, who is accompanied by Vermillion, receives a premonition that a White Dragon will stab Kluke.
S02:E38 - A Beautiful World
Shu and his friends are saved by Vermillion's life-risking actions. In order to prevent his desire of overcoming fate from going to waste, Noi heads to Zmey and Bouquet and Marumaro set off to save Kluke.
S02:E39 - Resurrecting Powers
Jiro and Sui are caught for spying in a base where Logi is developing new weapons. While the two of them look for a chance to escape, Hildegard appears leading the Sky Dragons.
S02:E40 - The Lost Palace
Shu's group has been split into three and are all headed to their destinations. Noi reaches Zmey, but the Legion of Elite Species has already destroyed it.
S02:E41 - Flower Garden
Relying on the words of the Oracle, Bouquet and Marumaro are reunited with Kluke. Places with flowers are dangerous, so the two force Kluke to escape with them into the town.
S02:E42 - Munchy-Bafoon
Shu is with Purimura. He comes into contact with the White Guardians. He asks Doctor Tarkovsky to help him in his battle against the Legion of Elite Species. But Doctor Tarkovsky turns him down.
S02:E43 - Battle of Zmey
Shu gains the cooperation of the White Guardians. They gather in Zmey along with Bouquet and the others, who saved Kluke. In Zmey, Noi is fine-tuning the ship that will take them to the sky.
S02:E44 - To the Sky
Shu and the others defend the Massdriver from attacks from the Sky Dragon. These new enemies place them in a predicament. They don't give up hope and continue to fight.
S02:E45 - Legion of Elite Species
Shu and the others vow to defeat Rudolph. The Legion of Elite Species’ defense system attacks their ship. Shu and Marumaro retaliate with their shadows, but they struggle because of the sheer numbers of their enemies.
S02:E46 - Castle Azure
As Shu and the others go to fight Rudolph, Forgino stands in their way. In order to fight the Legion of Elite Species, Shu tries to “Merge” with Blue Dragon, but fails. Blue Dragon is unable to move.
S02:E47 - Rotta
Shu and the others see Rottarace being put on trial. As everyone is unsure of what to do, Purimura tells Shu that they should save her. Upon hearing this, Doctor Tarkovsky objects, saying that they cannot risk falling into an enemy's trap.
S02:E48 - The Final Battle
Rudolph reveals his true goal. He wanted to collect data on all of the incomprehensible actions that Shu and the others took during his trials. He needs the information to help the Legion of Elite Species thrive.
S02:E49 - Kaizer Suvert
Shu and Blue Dragon fight Rudolph with the help of their friends. Noi and Marumaro stand no chance against Rudolph. Rudolph goes one-on-one against Blue Dragon.
S02:E50 - Memories
Shu is left behind in Castle Azure. Jiro and the others try to save him. But they cannot approach the castle because of a powerful barrier. Countless dragons are released and attack the group.
S02:E51 - Blue Sky
Purimura sacrifices herself in order to save the world. But Shu's strong desire to protect Purimura stops Purimura’s power from activating. Shu “Merges” with Blue Dragon once again and fights Rudolph with the fate of the human race at stake.
