This Discovery Channel production interrogates myths that have long inhabited children's tales, adventure novels, and popular cinema. Although to some buried treasure means little more than a popular fantsasy, many people have devoted their lives to scowering remote and etheral islands throughout the globe, in search of real treasures left behind by mysterious and elusive historical events.
