S01:E01 - Truth Be Told
Sydney Bristow is a grad student by day, international spy by night. Her life seems to be full of hope when her boyfriend, Doctor Daniel Hecht, proposes marriage. But Sydney's happiness over the engagement is shortlived as her secret life has enormous consequences for the relationship. At the same time, she starts to learn some new truths about the shadowy people she has been working for. A life of even greater danger and intrigue.

In her new role as a double agent for the CIA, Sydney - still mourning the recent death of her fiance Danny Ð is intent upon destroying SD-6 within weeks. But she soon finds out that SD-6 is far larger and more powerful than she could possibly have imagined. Will uncovers his first mysterious clue into the murder of Sydney's fiancé.
S01:E03 - Parity
Sloane sends Sydney and Dixon to Madrid to steal a lockbox. The box contains a sketch with what appears to be digital code drawn in the late 15th century by a philosopher, Milo Rambaldi. After following a trail of artifacts from Rambaldi, Sydney finds herself face-to-face with her archenemy, Anna Espinosa. Meanwhile, Will's investigation into Daniel Hecht's death leads him to believe he has stumbled into something much larger than a random homicide.
S01:E04 - A Broken Heart
Sydney and Anna memorize a binary code written by Milo Rambaldi. Sydney and Dixon are sent on a mission to investigate a terrorist plot to eliminate the United Commerce Organization. Francie suspects her boyfriend is cheating, while Will continues to unravel the mystery of the murder of Sydney's fiancé.
S01:E05 - Doppelganger
Will tells Francie that he's been investigating the death of Danny. Sydney's life is in jeopardy when Agent Sloane suspects that a man in SD-6's possession is an imposter. Mysteries of the past further unravel for Will and Sydney when Will discovers more clues into Daniel Hecht's murder and Sydney receives new information on her father's past.

Sydney travels to Oxford to steal an ancient, mysterious clock connected to the ancient prophet Milo Rambaldi. This seemingly simple mission turns out to be much more complex and dangerous than Sydney predicted. Meanwhile, Sloane's suspicions grow that Sydney and/or her father Jack may be moles. As a result, Sydney's skills as a double-agent are tested to their limit.

Sydney is scared. She thinks her status as a mole could be exposed after using CIA links to save Dixon's life and Agent Sloane's suspicions grow. Meanwhile, Will finds more than he bargained for in Eloise Kurtz's car - a mysterious microphone, which is is turned on. But who is listening at the other end of the line?
S01:E10 - Spirit
Jack has to save Sydney after Sloane orders her to be tortured and killed after she is suspected as the SD-6 mole. To do this, Jack has to put his own life at risk. Meanwhile, Sydney tells Vaughn about her time at SD-6. Will, while listening to an audiocassette of Eloise Kurtz's murder, stumbles upon the word "SD-6" for the first time.
S01:E11 - The Confession
After Sydney's father saves her life during a mission in Havana, she is impressed by his skills as an agent. But when she finds out from Vaughan that Jack was once a deadly assassion, responsible for the deaths of many CIA agents, her feelings becomes mixed. Sydney uses high-tech gadgetry - and her personal charm - on a mission to Athens, Greece.
S01:E12 - The Box (Part 1 of 2)
After hearing the news that her mother was a lethal KGB agent responsible for the deaths of many CIA agents, Sydney is reeling with emotions of betrayal and hurt. She informs Vaughn that she wants out of the spy business, but refuses to go into hiding via a CIA protection plan. Meanwhile, a group of heavily-armed intruders sneak into SD-6 and take control of the building. Director/Producer/Writer/Actor Quentin Tarantino guest stars as the leader of this rogue organization.
S01:E13 - The Box (Part 2 of 2)
Sydney discovers a note left for her by her father, explaining the dire predicament: opening the SD-6 vault would trigger a fatal explosion. Meanwhile, with SD-6 at his command, rogue leader McKenas Cole (Quentin Tarantino) goes after Sloane and searches for a mysterious device. A high-stakes confrontation full of menace and self-sacrifice ensues.
S01:E14 - The Coup
Sydney and Dixon travel to Las Vegas to try and track down the group that nearly destroyed SD-6. Sydney discovers that rivals FTL were attacked and wiped out, and their leader executed, on exactly the same date as the assault on SD-6 by an unnamed organization. The person responsible for the FTL attack, who Cole had called "The Man," now has the world's largest collection of the prized Rambaldi artifacts. Sloane sends Sydney and Dixon to Moscow to spy on "The Man" and try to get pictures of him.
S01:E15 - Page 47
SD-6 has learned that K-Directorate is going to hand over the Rambaldi manuscript - that they stole from Sydney in a previous mission - to the new spy group led by "The Man." Sydney and Dixon are deployed to Tunisia where they are to intercept the book and bring it back to SD-6. The book, however, finds its way to a safe in Sloane's house: Sydney is now instructed by Vaughn to break into Sloane's private vault.
S01:E16 - The Prophecy
The Office of Scientific Analysis (OSA), a black ops division of the NSA that looks into paranormal activity, has possession of the Rambaldi manuscript which contains a 500-year-old picture that looks exactly like Sydney. Sydney is tested to discover how she can possibly have a link tothis ancient artifact. Roger Moore guest stars as Edward Poole, a member of the Alliance of Twelve.
S01:E17 - Q & A
The DSR (Department of Special Research), a black ops division of the NSA, has taken Sydney into custody because they believe she poses a risk to national security. Tests have shown she perfectly matches the 500-year-old Rambaldi prophecy of a woman who will "render great power unto utter destruction." FBI Special Officer Kendall questions Sydney before a team of interrogators. While being questioned about her possible ties to the Rambaldi artifact, Sydney makes a shocking discovery that may unravel the mystery of the 500-year-old prophecy.
S01:E18 - Masquerade
To prove that she is not the woman pictured in the Rambaldi prophecy - the one who will destroy the world - Sydney climbs Mt. Subasio. Because Sydney's climb, according to Rambaldi's prophecy, is never successfully achieved. When she returns, Sydney is stunned when she bumps into her ex-lover, Noah - an SD-6 agent she dated five years ago - while on a case to track the activities of "The Man."
S01:E19 - Snowman
Vaughn confirms that K-Directorate has hired a known assassin, a.k.a. "The Snowman" for his favored use of an ice-pick as a weapon, to take out Khasinau. Meanwhile, passion begins to spark between Sydney and Noah (Peter Berg, "Chicago Hope"), while new revelations about Sydney's mother prove disturbing to Jack.
S01:E20 - The Solution
Sydney and Vaughn are sent in to meet with Mr. Sark in order to catch Khasinau, but soon Sydney's cover is endangered when a SD-6 representative is sent to stop the trade. Will learns the identity of one of his kidnappers, and Emily Sloane's already fragile life is further endangered by her revelation to Sydney.
S01:E21 - Rendezvous
Sydney and Dixon must go to a Paris nightclub, where Sark will deliver the ampule to Khasinau. Dixon is to steal pages of a Rambaldi manuscript. Will's world begins to crumble as he gets deeper into his investigation of SD-6, and Dixon begins to question Sydney's activities.
S01:E22 - Almost Thirty Years
In Los Angeles, Sydney receives a horrifying call from Sark on her cell phone informing her that they are holding Will hostage in Taipei and he will only be released if Sydney can deliver the Rambaldi document and ampule. Jack makes a deal with Mr. Sark, and The Alliance decides the fate of Emily Sloane. Sydney comes face-to-face with "The Man."
