S01:E01 - Bartender
At the bar Eden Hall in Ginza, Ry_ Sasakura creates cocktails dubbed 'The Glass of the Gods.' Hotel redesigner Kamishima holds deep disregard for bartenders because of an embarrassing mistake he made as a younger man. Kamishima's bar redesign incorporates Ry_'s explanation of the importance of bars; the featured cocktail is the Grasshopper.
S01:E02 - Menu of the Heart
Miwa Kurushima comes to Eden Hall to ask Ry_ to help find her "Menu of the Heart" due to family misfortune linked to her breaking a bottle of alcohol as a child.
S01:E03 - Glass of Regret
Ry_ uses the margarita and its history to show Shimaoka, the retiring head of an advertising agency, how love can live on even in the wake of actress Mieko Yuzuki's death.
S01:E04 - Amber Dream
Ry_ assists a couple on their first date; Sayo Yusada is waiting for her husband for their anniversary, however the two have grown apart.
S01:E05 - Things Forgotten in a Bar
Ry_ lifts the spirits of downtrodden salesman Shibata by making a daiquiri and recounting Ernest Hemingway's story "The Old Man and the Sea."
S01:E06 - The Story Inside the Glass
Screenwriter Shizuo Kasahara has trouble writing so he goes to various bars, orders four brands of Scottish single malt whiskey and poses a riddle to bartenders no one can solve until his director friend catches up with him and they encounter Ry_.
S01:E07 - Closed Day for the Bar
The bar is closed for the day because Ry_ has fallen ill, so two senior bartenders decide to visit him and concoct some drinks to help him feel better; a politician is embroiled in a scandal.
S01:E08 - The Lie at the Counter
Ryu serves Angel's Tip to a couple out on a date, including a man who claims to be a doctor but whose behaviour makes the bartender suspect that he's a conman seeking to cheat the woman.
S01:E09 - The Bar's Face
The gin and tonic plays a role in the story about why the bar is closed for a single customer on a particular day.
S01:E10 - Christmas Miracle
After being entranced by Miwa, professor Okita follows her into Eden Hall on Christmas night.
S01:E11 - Water of Life
Ry_ completes his apprenticeship at Eden Hall; the senior bartenders explain the meaning and purpose of mixology.
