Officers Coke and Kapowski investigate a tip about a crackdealer containing video evidence of the Mayor Tom Hogg smoking crack.

Monica flees with the video with Lawson in pursuit. Coke decides to confess to his Lieutenant Diaz, not taking the time to assess whether he can be trusted.

After pranking their new partner D'Amato into smoking crack, Coke and Kapowski raid a house. Diaz makes it clear he is on the Mayor's payroll by eliminating a threat.

One month later. Kapowski is on indefinite leave, working on his own investigation. He takes in D'Amato who has slipped since he smoked crack as a prank.

The crack video scandal becomes public knowledge when reporter Myriam Keen breaks the story on live television, resulting in media backlash toward the mayor.

Monica makes a deal to show the video to Myriam Keen. Kapowski, D'Amato, and a desperate for action Captain Shultz accompany them. Only problem is Lawson is listening in.

When making a deal with the press falls through, Monica turns back to the criminal world looking for a way out. Hogg tries to make a deal with Popadick to end the garbage strike.

Eve and Lawson have a falling out. Rocky makes a deal with Juiceman to buy the video. Lawson gives the location of Monica and the video to Hogg who gathers the troops.

Kapowski and D'Amato try to negotiate a deal for the video and convince Monica not to sell it to the Triad. Hogg and his goons show up heavily armed and steal the video back.

Kapowski and D'Amato suggest breaking into Smush's iCloud account to locate a backup of the crack video, but Monica doesn't know the password.

Diaz is given orders by Hogg to clean up the mess so he doesn't go down in the election. Kapowski, D'Amato, and Monica continue to try to hack Smush's account.

The good guys, bad guys, and everyone in between come together for an action packed conclusion to the season. The results of the election reveal a surprising winner.
