This courtroom drama is about two mothers, one a juror in a murder case, and another the defendant in the case who killed her baby.

Risako was selected as a jury to judge a shocking murder case, which a woman named Mizuho who had abused and killed her own baby.

As the trial progress, Risako starts seeing her own past in the circumstances Mizuho was suffering.

Risako realizes to be also a lonely mother and wife without enough understood from her husband and parents.

Risako suspects Yoichiro has an affair behind her very stressful days.

A child welfare worker visits at Risako again to see how she goes with her child.

Risako is finally able to speak out her own opinion, which has never done before.
