In an effort to impress Lacey, Brent agrees to babysit Wanda's troubled six-year-old.

Rookie cop Karen is up against a conspiracy of silence when she tries to crack the case of graffiti on the Dog River water tower.

Realizing that towns have attracted tourists with giant statues, Dog River decides it should put up its own big tourist magnet.

When Lacey's ex-fiance comes to visit, the people of Dog River take matters into their own hands to protect her from her past.
