After defeating a Reptid war ship the crew of the Dreadnought Nemesis learn that the Reptids are planing on going back in time to the 21st century to unleash a weapon to enhance humanity's emotions in an effort to stop them from going to war. The crew is ordered to follow back in time to stop this at all costs. Unbeknownst to the captain and crew, a Reptid has snuck a prototype of the weapon aboard the ship and releasing it on the crew. Now the crew must not only locate the Reptid Mothership, but learn how to deal with their new emotions.

The crew of The Dreadnaught Nemisis find a charming smuggler who has captured a Reptid that may know the location of their mothership. While initially friendly the crew soon learns the Smuggler has other intentions aboard the ship. With his sidekick, the Smuggler cause the crew to have vivid hallucinations as a distraction for a much larger plan.

The crew of The Dreadnaught Nemesis locate an alien meeting hotspot... in the storage room of a mall! A few of the crew port to the meeting spot hoping to find any clue that can lead to the Reptids. Upon their arrival they find an ancient clairvoyant who might have information that could help them locate the Reptid Mother Ship. While meeting with the clairvoyant, the crew discovers that a Reptid with the location of the Mother Ship is closer than they thought.

The arrival of a mysterious half Reptid half human traveler from the future, who seems to have a relationship with the Captain, causes the Nemesis to crash in an icy waste beyond all hope of repair. Unsure if any message that they leave would survive into the future, the doctor's plan is for the crew to found their own colony, which seems the only option for survival. As time passes, the traveler's mysterious origins come to light.

The ship's computer finds a spot on Earth that is frequented by Reptids. A plan is hatched by the crew to get jobs there and formulate a trap. The only problem is that it is a strip club. While the officers hunt for the Reptids, the ship's hologram uses the arrival of bounty hunters as an opportunity to try to take over the Nemesis.

The crew finally tracks down the Reptid Mother Ship, but are horrified when the ships computer, again seemingly through incompetence or sabotage, caused the failure of the mission. Following the repeated suggestions of the ship's hologram to replace the ships computer, he is placed in control of the ship. The self destruct sequence is activated and the crew is 'ported off the ship. Now completely in control of the ship, the hologram's nefarious machinations come to light, and it's up to the janitor to save the day... if he can.
