Sky, an enigmatic and mysterious traveller, notices Dan, (an Ant tribe member), being captured in the forest by two Warps (a rival tribe). Dan eventually introduces his newfound friend to other members of the Ant tribe and Sky is welcomed by most of the tribe, but not everyone accepts a stranger into their home basecamp.
S01:E02 - 2
Conflict arises in the Ant tribe after the raid on their village. They find a Barb arrow in their fields. Some members wish to counter attack whilst others think not. Sky suggests sending a messenger to arrange a meeting, preferring peaceful negotiations to any physical clash - and Dan sneaks out to go to travel to the Barb camp. But can he be trusted?
S01:E03 - 3
Sky pursues Dan but both get caught in a Barb trap and are taken prisoner. In the Barb camp they meet the warrior queen, Zora, and attempt to arrange a meeting of reconciliation between the Barbs and Ants. Meanwhile, the Privileged tribe is revealed to be the real threat.

Shadow advises that they will be ready in a week but Flame wants the attack to happen the next day.

After the Ant camp is damaged by an out of control machine, the hens have run away. Sal tries to keep the eggs warm. Sky and Omar leave to track down the rampaging machine and to try somehow to disable it before it does any more damage. Dan attempts to recruit Gwyn to the Barb tribe but not everyone is welcoming. Shadow and Harmony both spy on one another for Flame.
S01:E13 - 13
After realizing that they have both been so suspicious of each other, Harmony and Shadow consider teaming up, believing that they both have a lot in common. At the Barb camp Dan wonders whether Gwyn truly wants to be a Barb or not. Sky worries if he is a descendant of the ancient ancestor, Zoot - the source of much frightening folklore.

Flame instructs the invincible Shadow to fight Sky in hand to hand combat, so everyone can witness Sky's real weaknesses. Kwarli discovers an old contraption in the Ant camp which he believes was once called a bicycle, and Erin is intrigued by the notion that it could be a descendent of an ancient machine.
S01:E16 - 16
Flame is optimistic but clearly uneasy in reality as he replaces Shadow as an opponent for hand to hand combat with Sky. In the Ant camp Zora spearheads a plan for new defences for the camp. But her bossiness isn't going down well with many of the Ant tribe. And Dan believes Gwyn has been captured by the Warps.
S01:E17 - 17
Sky, Faygar and Gwyn continue their work with the Discards while remaining prisoners at the Privileged stronghold. In the Ant camp tensions rise as Cass and Omar are unhappy about sharing the camp with the Barbs. Erin falls in love with Kwarli's bike and causes havoc as he struggles to learn how to use it.
S01:E18 - 18
Zora is alarmed that discipline within the tribe is in decline when she wakes to find the camp deserted and members of the tribe lazily fast asleep in bed. As a punishment she forces everyone to work without breakfast. Sky discovers that the Discard's attitude towards him has changed after a rumor that he's descended from Zoot. The Ants and Barbs continue building their defenses.
S01:E19 - 19
The Ants and Barbs prepare for the pass ball game with the Privileged. Harmony and Shadow are unhappy that Flame has agreed to play against the Ants and Barbs because losing isn't an option. Faygar, Gwyn and Sky discuss the rumors involving Sky. And a stranger arrives at the Ant camp.

After escaping the Discard camp, Sky and Dan journey back to the Ant camp and discover the Stranger watching them. They pursue the Stranger and find all the items he has stolen from the Ant camp. The Ants and Barbs decide to release Flame. But under strict conditions. Some consider that it is a truly unwise course of action.
S01:E23 - 23
Now in control of the Privileged tribe, the Harmony panics when she discovers she has a spot. That is not the perfection she demands in everyone, let alone herself. Sky and Dan arrive back at the Ant camp with the Stranger as a prisoner and return all of the items he stole. Faygar is concerned about the prophecies and prays for guidance, as the Stranger begins to make ominous patterns with grain.
S01:E24 - 24
Representatives of the mysterious Bird tribe arrive at the Privileged complex to meet with Harmony and uneasiness arises when their leader claims that the birds always "take whatever they want." Dan and Erin plan to journey to the forbidden zone to see if they can obtain more information and interpret the true meaning of Faygar's prophecies.
S01:E25 - 25
Flame is uneasy that the Stranger's presence might mean they're all doomed. Zora tries to calm down Faygar but all are not entirely convinced that the Stranger poses no threat. Omar and Kwarli look for a way to escape their Privileged cell. Leanne and Erin find a small machine which comes to life and seems to pursue them into the Ant camp.
S01:E26 - 26
The mysterious Stranger lashes out when Erin touches one of the stones the Stranger is using to build a small tower which bears a significant resemblance to the group of rocks in the forbidden zone. The Ants and Barbs agree that they can't trust Sunni or Harmony, and decide on an unexpected resolution with the Bird tribe as the very future of all concerned is under real threat.
