The Celebrity Apprentice
A variation of the Apprentice franchise pits actors, musicians, athletes, and even politicians against one another in business-related tasks to raise money for their favorite charities.
S01:E01 - Selling Hot Dogs
The seventh season of Donald Trump's unscripted competition series features business-themed battles with 14 savvy celebrities, including country artist Trace Adkins; rocker Gene Simmons; actors Stephen Baldwin and Marilu Henner; model-actress Carol Alt; boxer Lennox Lewis; and reality figures Omarosa and Piers Morgan. First up: They choose team captains and are challenged to sell hot dogs.
S01:E02 - Pedigree Community Awareness Ad
The celebrity candidates are charged to produce a TV commercial for a pet-adoption program. Ivanka Trump and CEO Terry Lundgren oversee the project.
S01:E03 - Mr. Outside the Box
With help from a graphic artist, the celebrities try to create and operate a mobile printing station. Among the hardships: spilled coffee and a celebrity with a dictatorial bent. Alec Baldwin makes an appearance. Ivanka Trump and financial commentator Jim Cramer oversee the project.
S01:E04 - A Knight on Broadway
The celebrity contestants are assigned to sell tickets to Broadway shows in a challenge highlighted by a testy argument, one celeb donning a knight's costume and a rush through jammed Big Apple traffic. David Hyde Pierce and wrestling promoter Vince McMahon appear.
S01:E05 - The Croc and the Rat
The remaining celebrity contestants must create awareness for a footwear company's shoe-donation campaign. One celeb steps up the drama by defecting to the other team. But is that defector actually serving as a spy? Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. are the project overseers.
S01:E06 - Window of Opportunity
The celeb contingent must create a living window display for a mattress company. George Ross and Donald Trump Jr. observe the project, while fashion designer Vera Wang makes an appearance.
S01:E07 - The Mane Event
The remaining stars must manage a horse-and-carriage business in Central Park, but it's a bumpy ride for one team when two members viciously butt heads. Billy Baldwin, Jenna Jameson and country artist John Rich make appearances, while George Ross and Ivanka Trump preside over the task.
S01:E08 - Quality, Value and Chaos
The celebs are tasked with producing and presenting a live 10-minute segment on a home-shopping network, and both teams endure terrible rehearsals prior to going on air. Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. preside over the challenge.
S01:E09 - The Money Shot
The celeb teams are challenged to create a four-page magazine photo spread for a body-wash product. Serving as Donald Trump's "eyes and ears": George Ross and Ivanka Trump.
S01:E10 - Painting by Numbers
The stars get arty when they must choose an artist, display his or her artwork, then sell the pieces in an art gallery. But spying becomes an issue, and one team paints itself into a corner when it struggles with sales. Trump's "eyes and ears": Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr.
S01:E11 - Bread and Badda-Bing
The candidates race against time to invent and sell a sandwich for a sandwich-shop franchise. Both teams base their creations on a celeb's star power, and one former contestant returns for a surprise lunch-rush appearance.
S01:E12 - Going Once, Going Twice, You're Fired
An unforeseen boardroom session and surprise contestant interviews conducted by business pundits Jim Cramer and Erin Burnett result in the celebrity cast being slashed to two. The final duo must then organize a charity auction and concert featuring the Backstreet Boys, with some fired players returning to offer a helping hand. Sarah Ferguson, the duchess of York, also appears. Trump's "eyes and ears": Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr.
S01:E13 - Under the Hammer
Hirer-and-firer Donald Trump names the winning celebrity player in the season finale. Before that, however, the final two contestants square off in a taxing quest to organize a charity auction and concert. The winner nets $250,000 for his or her charity.
