With five days until the grand opening, everyone is under the gun as Marc and Biana and the 13 new recruits transform ‘Bite Me’—the couple’s existing restaurant—into ‘Conviction’. Can they pull through as a team to make it all work?

After opening weekend, the trainees’ real work begins...Marc tries to teach discipline in the kitchen. The search is on to find the in-house thief. An influential food writer comes in for a meal...And, after a VIP night on the town with Roti’s band, Marc and Biana are unimpressed with the team’s hangover performance.

After five weeks, Marc and Biana expected the drama to die down...But it’s getting worse. Tardiness and absenteeism are rife in the restaurant. Rumors fly that someone will be cut from the team. Marc serves up pan-fried lamb’s testicles. Jason J collapses in the kitchen. And, when former trainee Kyle is reinstated, revenge is served up in the toilet.

It’s week six, and although things should be running smoothly by now...Marc tries to boost his trainees’ lackluster performance. And, when Roti ties the knot, Biana and Marc host his reception at the restaurant.

It’s week seven, and Biana and Marc are feeling the pressure when Jason J. gets into trouble. Roti sends a message, Jen faces a dilemma, and disaster-magnet Jamie pushes his bosses to the limit.

It’s the end of the summertime rush, and the last week of the trainees’ three-month probation...And although Marc and Biana are planning a star-studded graduation party, will there be any trainees left to celebrate?
