Creepers Has a Green Fog Problem and Los Angeles Is About to Find Out

Rock Squad takes on a monster-filled Los Angeles in Creepers, the Tubi Presents teen horror series premiering October 22.

Remind Me

Los Angeles has dealt with smog, traffic, and the occasional suspicious-looking cloud hanging over the skyline. But a deadly green fog that turns adults into monsters? Yeah, we're going to need a different kind of air quality alert.

A normal day in LA takes a spectacularly wrong turn in Creepers, the new Tubi Presents horror series arriving on Tubi October 22. As the mysterious fog spreads, a group of teenagers finds itself scattered across a city where familiar faces have become dangerous strangers. Getting back to one another is their best shot at survival, assuming the Creepers don't find them first.

Rock Squad is no stranger to challenges, but this one might require a little more than teamwork and a good camera angle. Known for their viral challenges, friendships, and creator-led adventures, the group is stepping into a scripted nightmare where their familiar chemistry gets put to a much more frightening test. Fans who've followed the group through Rock Squad's Tubi collection will get to see a different side of the creators as they trade everyday adventures for a survival story with much higher stakes.

Of course, the biggest complication isn't simply that monsters are roaming the streets. It's that the people the teens would normally turn to for protection are now the ones they need to avoid. Parents, teachers, neighbors. Even recognizing someone doesn't guarantee they're safe to approach. Talk about making stranger danger more complicated.

The outbreak also turns Los Angeles into one enormous game of hide-and-seek, except nobody agreed to play and getting caught has some very unpleasant consequences. The nightmare fits right into Terror on Tubi, where even a familiar city can become a playground for the things you'd rather not encounter.

Who knew independence would come with this many monsters?

“Find your people fast. The fog already found the adults.”

The Cast

Nayeli Lo Vera

Dance, drama, and a little mischief have all been part of Vera's Rock Squad journey. Her background in dance brings a performance-oriented dimension to her creator career, while projects like Pom Pom Diaries, Coming of Age, and Crimson Crest have given her opportunities to explore scripted storytelling. Her experience moving between choreography and character-driven projects makes the transition to a high-stakes horror series an intriguing next step.

Gino Calveiro

Calveiro has already stepped into scripted genre entertainment through Crimson Crest, where he took on the role of Jace. His previous experience with scripted drama gives audiences a reason to watch how he handles a story built around suspense rather than interpersonal revelations. There's no telling what kind of trouble his character will encounter, but the premise certainly isn't giving anyone much room to relax.

Ryder Tulley

Tulley practically made a second career out of complicated relationships in Rock Squad's scripted sketches. From the Ross and Rachel storylines to the group's elaborate family roleplays, he's spent plenty of screen time caught between secrets, misunderstandings, and dramatic revelations. Creepers offers a very different setting for that experience. Instead of waiting for the next relationship twist, fans will be watching to see how those familiar ensemble dynamics hold up when trust becomes a survival instinct.

Faye Knightly

Knightly built a varied Rock Squad résumé, from comedy and family roleplays to supernatural projects like Bloodsuckers, Abigail, and Crimson Crest. Unlike some of her fellow squad members, she's already spent time in stories where the supernatural is part of the assignment. That familiarity makes her return to horror especially fun for fans, even if the Creepers are a less welcoming group of costars.
